Concept Design
We designed the Icon Park project specifically for the convenience of our customers and to meet their needs. The design of the project takes into account the privacy of all units, and the distinction of a prefect view. Green areas and service areas were distributed to cover the entire project and all customers. The buildings were designed with a modern design that had distinctive facades that combine both luxury and delicate taste.

صممنا مشروع ايكون بارك خصيصا لراحة عملائنا وتلبية احتياجاتهم, فتصميم المشروع يراعي خصوصية جميع الوحدات. تم تصميم العمارات بتصميم عصرى حظى بواجهات مميزة تجمع بين الفخامة والذوق الرفيع كما حرصنا على ان تحظى كل وحدة برؤية متميزة ,حيث تم توزيع المناطق الخضراء ومناطق الخدمات بحيث تغطي كامل المشروع وجميع العملاء

Location

A distinguished location was chosen for the Icon Park project in the heart of the Sixth of October City, few minutes apart from the Middle Ring Road, at the entrance of the new Sixth of October, and next to MSA University. An integrated community for the whole family was established on an area of 21,000 m2. A community where modernity of design and high taste was ultimately combined with all the family needs of entertainment, security and privacy.

تم اختيار موقع مميز لمشروع ايكون بارك بجوار جامعة MSA فى قلب مدينة السادس من اكتوبر ,وعلى بعد دقائق من طريق الدائري الأوسطي فى مدخل السادس من اكتوبر الجديد. أقمنا مجتمع متكامل للاسرة على مساحة 21 الف متر, حيث جمعنا حداثة التصميم والذوق الرفيع مع كل احتياجات الاسرة من الترفيه والامن والخصوصية
